PachaTalk is a platform for meeting new people through anonymous video chat in a safe, inclusive environment. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask all users to follow these Community Guidelines. By using PachaTalk, you agree to abide by these rules.

Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences:
❌ PROTECTION OF MINORS
Exploitation or solicitation of minors is strictly illegal and will be reported to authorities. PachaTalk has zero tolerance for any content that endangers the safety or wellbeing of children.
❌ Harassment and Abuse
Do not harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users. This includes hate speech, discriminatory language, and verbal abuse. If someone asks you to stop or skip, respect their wishes.
❌ Inappropriate Content
PachaTalk is a safe, family-friendly platform. Sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. If you encounter such content, use the "Skip" button immediately and report the behavior.
❌ Spam and Advertising
Do not spam, advertise products/services, promote websites, or solicit users for commercial purposes.
❌ Impersonation
Do not impersonate others, including celebrities, public figures, or other users.
❌ Recording Without Consent
Do not record, screenshot, or capture video/audio of other users without their explicit consent.
❌ Violence and Gore
Do not display or discuss graphic violence, self-harm, or disturbing content.
❌ Illegal Activity
Do not engage in or promote illegal activities, including drug use, human trafficking, or any criminal behavior.

Do not share personal information like your real name, location, school, workplace, or social media accounts.
⚡ Trust Your Instincts
If something feels wrong or makes you uncomfortable, disconnect immediately.
⏭️ Use the Skip Button
You can end any chat at any time by clicking "Skip" to find a new partner.
🚨 Report Violations
If you encounter illegal activity or severe violations, report it to appropriate authorities.
🤔 Be Skeptical
People may not be who they claim to be. Do not trust strangers with sensitive information or requests.
🔒 Secure Your Device
Use updated browsers, enable privacy settings, and ensure your camera/microphone are only active when you want them to be.
What to Do If You Encounter a Problem
Disconnect Immediately
Click "Skip" or close your browser to end the chat.
Do Not Engage
Do not respond to threats, harassment, or illegal requests.
Document If Necessary
If you witness serious illegal activity, note details and report to local authorities.
Block and Move On
Use the skip feature to find a new, respectful chat partner.
